Mailbase is not an email marketing product. We’re a creative studio that ensures your emails are perfectly designed to reflect your brand and communicate with your customers.

We’re not like them

Other email marketing companies primarily work to serve their own agenda. Not us. As a boutique studio with a focus on design, we strive for excellence, and won’t be happy until we know you’re happy. Only then can we sleep at night.

We don't recycle

We pride ourselves on the quality of our work and our attention to detail. All of our emails are unique to each client. One size does not fit all.

No need to lift a finger

Don’t want to get your hands dirty? Not a problem. We’re happy to take your content and prepare and deliver your campaigns for you on a regular fixed schedule.

Stay in front of your customers

Email campaigns are an effective way to stay in front of your customers. You can do this with regular newsletters, special promotions, or just friendly updates. Stay relevant and your customers will keep coming back.

We’re flexible

We’re not locked into one sending platform for email delivery. We’ll happily work with your existing email marketing tools, recommend a solution if you don’t have one, or provide our own robust software that incorporates list management, publishing tools, and reporting free of charge*. It’s up to you.

Only pay for the things you need

Every job is different. We work with you to define an effective marketing strategy, and provide an upfront estimate based on your requirements – we won’t stick you with a fixed fee for things you don’t need. Contact us and we’ll break it down for you.
